2. What data we collect

We only collect the data you give us and the minimum technical data needed for the site to work. We do not ask for sensitive data.

4. Who we share your data with

Only with providers we need in order to operate, who process the data on our behalf and under our instructions.

If you are a candidate, we only present your profile to a client with your prior authorization for that search. We may also hand over data when a competent authority requires it by law.

International transfers. Several providers are outside your country. By accepting this policy, you consent to those transfers. For people in the European Union, we rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or other valid mechanisms offered by each provider.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep data only as long as necessary for each purpose. After that we delete or anonymize it.

6. Your rights and how to exercise them

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, update or delete your data. If you are in the European Union, you can also object to processing, ask us to restrict it, request portability of your data and withdraw your consent.

How to do it. Write to patricial@psrhglobal.com with the subject “Personal data”, state which right you want to exercise and attach something that lets us verify your identity.

Response times. We respond to access requests within a maximum of 10 calendar days, and to rectification, update or deletion requests within a maximum of 5 business days, as set by Law 25,326. For people in the European Union, the period is one month.

Complaints to the authority. The data subject has the right to exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown for that purpose, in accordance with Article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326. The Agency for Access to Public Information, the supervisory body of Law No. 25,326, has the authority to handle complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the personal data protection rules in force.

If you are in the European Union, you can also file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country; in Poland it is the UODO.

7. Security, cookies, minors and changes

Security. The site runs over HTTPS, the form is protected against bots and access to data is limited to the team members who need it. No system is infallible; if an incident affecting your data occurs, we will inform you when appropriate.

Cookies. We use technical cookies necessary for the site to work and for anti-spam protection. Analytics cookies are only activated if you accept them in the cookie notice, and you can change your choice at any time.

Minors. The site is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.

Changes to this policy. If we modify it, we will publish the new version on this page with its date. If the change is important, we will notify you prominently on the site.
